These Terms of Service govern all courier, pickup, delivery, payment, and related services provided by World Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting, scheduling, paying for, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

World Enterprises LLC provides courier services in California. Our services may include picking up goods, packages, documents, or other items from one person or business and delivering them to another person or business.

All services are subject to availability, service area, driver availability, safety, lawful shipment requirements, and acceptance by World Enterprises LLC.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer, sender, or requesting party is responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
  2. Ensuring the shipment is lawful and permitted for transport.
  3. Properly packaging, labeling, and preparing the shipment.
  4. Accurately describing the shipment when requested.
  5. Ensuring the recipient is available to receive the delivery.
  6. Paying all agreed charges, fees, or costs.
  7. Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

World Enterprises LLC may refuse any shipment or delivery request at its discretion.

3. Prohibited Items

Customers may not request delivery of any item that is illegal, unsafe, hazardous, restricted, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited by law.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  1. Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  2. Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons.
  3. Hazardous materials, chemicals, toxic substances, or flammable items.
  4. Human remains, body parts, or biological materials.
  5. Live animals.
  6. Cash, negotiable instruments, or items of extraordinary value.
  7. Stolen goods or counterfeit goods.
  8. Any item that requires a license, permit, or special authorization that has not been disclosed and approved in advance.
  9. Any item that may endanger our drivers, staff, customers, vehicles, or the public.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or return any shipment that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to traffic, weather, road conditions, incorrect information, recipient unavailability, safety concerns, law enforcement activity, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

World Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, inaccessible locations, customer error, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  1. The recipient is unavailable.
  2. The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
  3. The location is unsafe or inaccessible.
  4. The shipment cannot be lawfully delivered.
  5. The recipient refuses the delivery.
  6. The customer fails to provide necessary information or authorization.

If a delivery fails, we may return the shipment, hold the shipment, attempt redelivery, or cancel the service. Additional fees may apply for waiting time, redelivery, return delivery, storage, or other costs caused by failed delivery.

6. Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay all agreed charges for services provided by World Enterprises LLC.

Payment may be collected before service, at the time of service, after service, through invoice, payment link, card payment, or any other method approved by World Enterprises LLC.

By submitting payment information, customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes World Enterprises LLC or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

We may use third-party payment processors, merchant service providers, fraud prevention tools, and other service providers to process payments.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch without charge unless otherwise agreed.

If a courier has already been dispatched, customer may be responsible for cancellation fees, driver time, mileage, attempted pickup, attempted delivery, return delivery, or other costs incurred.

8. Condition of Items

Customer is responsible for properly packaging and securing all items before pickup.

World Enterprises LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

  1. Improper packaging.
  2. Fragile or perishable items.
  3. Pre-existing damage.
  4. Leakage, breakage, melting, spoilage, or deterioration.
  5. Incorrect handling instructions provided by the customer.
  6. Ordinary movement during transport.

Customer must notify us in advance of any special handling requirements. We may refuse items requiring special handling.

9. Limited Liability

World Enterprises LLC’s liability for any lost, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or undelivered item is limited to the amount paid for the specific courier service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We do not provide insurance for shipments unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for obtaining any desired insurance or additional coverage.

10. Claims

Any claim for loss, damage, delay, or delivery issue must be reported to World Enterprises LLC within 24 hours after delivery or expected delivery.

Customer must provide supporting information, including order details, photos if applicable, shipment description, proof of value if applicable, and any other information reasonably requested.

Failure to report a claim within the required time may result in denial of the claim.

11. Refusal of Service

World Enterprises LLC may refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  1. Unsafe conditions.
  2. Suspicious activity.
  3. Prohibited items.
  4. Fraud or attempted fraud.
  5. Nonpayment.
  6. Harassment or threats toward staff or drivers.
  7. Violation of these Terms.
  8. Any request that may violate law or expose the Company to liability.

12. Customer Communications

By requesting service, customer agrees that World Enterprises LLC may contact them by phone, text, email, invoice, payment link, or other reasonable communication method regarding pickup, delivery, payment, support, service updates, or related business matters.

13. Privacy

World Enterprises LLC may collect and use customer information as necessary to provide courier services, process payments, complete deliveries, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share necessary information with payment processors, drivers, contractors, service providers, banks, card networks, legal authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to complete services or protect our business.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Enterprises LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and error-free performance.

15. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World Enterprises LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, drivers, agents, vendors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  1. Customer’s violation of these Terms.
  2. Customer’s shipment or delivery request.
  3. Illegal, unsafe, prohibited, mislabeled, or improperly packaged items.
  4. Inaccurate pickup or delivery information.
  5. Customer’s violation of any law or regulation.
  6. Customer’s negligence, misconduct, fraud, or misuse of services.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If customer believes there is an issue with a charge, customer agrees to contact World Enterprises LLC first so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

We reserve the right to provide service records, communications, delivery confirmation, payment authorization, and related evidence to banks, card networks, payment processors, or dispute providers.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment disputes may result in refusal of future service and lawful collection efforts.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by World Enterprises LLC shall be handled in California unless otherwise required by law.

18. Changes to Terms

World Enterprises LLC may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be provided by email, text, invoice, payment link, printed copy, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of our services after updated Terms are provided means customer accepts the updated Terms.

20. Final Acknowledgment

By requesting, scheduling, paying for, or using courier services from World Enterprises LLC, customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
